How to get 400/400 energy

I do solo and guild dungeon but cannot get the 400.
Help please

I think you get 1/400 Energy after u spend 1 AP so to fill it up you would need to spend 400 AP each day.
I always get 400/400 and didn't look closely into it, but this might be the most plausible answer imo.

It seems like it uses 60% of AP for energy

As 60% of 15 (Heroic Dungeon) gave me 6 energy.

Then I guess u need to attack the dungeons in solo and group, that should cover it.
Also, you get skill fruits and tons of rewards from them, guild contribution points too that buys u Lightbringer uber pvp card and mats n shit.

What's the point to get 400/400 Energy ?

It's pretty important, that energy is the cap of how much energy you generate for the clan.
Each Dungeon requires a set amount of energy to reset, for example Skulltaker's needs like 25 000 guild energy.
This means we need 62.5 players completing its 400/400 energy to reset the dungeon.
We then clear dungeons for loot and guild contribution points n gear pieces. Contribution points are crucial in order to get materials like soulstones, skill tomes, skill fruits, whole purple items to sell for gold n badges but most importantly: The Lightbringer pieces which is the most important end game card in terms of PvP healer/assist card.

It's a crucial ecosystem and I encourage everyone to fulfill it's 400/400 bar, as I do too every day. It's good for you, for the clanmates and for the guild itself.
